@BluSmart Support needed, as per the last trip the driver failed to reach the pickup point asking my wife to read to main road (approx 500m away). Like to inform you she has injuries and if my previous drives were able to reach the location then why this driver is an exception here. However I tried to rate 1Star but your app says you are not authorized that weird if I can not rate my experience?? 😪
